In this setup, we are going to quote on your idea as a whole. We will assign a whole team of developers and non-developer technical team such as UIUX wireframes, technical business analyst, product owner, project manager, and QA tester.

Developers

These are your Carpenters, they follow what was instructed by either the Engineer or the Foreman, all based what's on the blueprint. In development, blueprints are called wireframes.

Designer

This is your Interior Designer, if you think the app is looks generally pleasing to the eye , it is because of them.

UIUX Wireframer

This is your Architect, in logic, they make sure that your app, that if it has a kitchen, that its knives are easily reachable to you and not to children.

Technical Business Analyst

This is your Engineer, in logic, they make sure that your app, that if it has an elevator, it is because your app is more than five stories, and that the building can support it, and that it can support the weight of the family if they go decide to take it.

Product Owner

This is your Foreman, your app's "engineers" and "consultants" deal with the Product Owner on a constant basis. He acts as a supervisor and translates orders to actionable tasks for the developers. He makes sure that the work of the carpenters on the 50th floor roof top and those are on center of the 30th floor are compatible, fit, and are aligned to the goal.

Project Manager

This is your Consultant, when have a company construct you a condo, you don't talk directly with the carpenters right? But you always touch base with the point person of your project. He is your advocate.

You need a team

Surprised that you’ll need other people in your team and not just one developer? This is often true to those who are new to the software industry. Building an app is harder than constructing buildings. After all, the salary of one experience developer is equal to the salary of 10-20 construction workers combined! The image to the left is a tit for tat comparison of programming a system or app versus constructing a building.

Easy to start the right way

So how will this go? First we schedule a FREE consultation, let’s do a call and lets discuss and define your requirements, don’t worry, it will only take 15-30 minutes, it really depends if you have done your work. You don’t know that you have homework? No? But yes you should have done your homework. Your homework is to draw in 2-3 pages of scratch papers the process flow of your idea, just like this. Picture of very low fid incomplete wireframe. After all this, we will make a low fidelity and high fidelity wireframe for your approval. Upon approval of the wireframe we can already start the actual development.
